For years, my retreats at Boulder Hot Springs have been a space where people come to reconnect with themselves, breathe deeply, move intentionally, and feel held by community. These retreats have always been about grounding: returning to what matters, remembering who we are, and finding clarity in the quiet as well as improving our yoga practice.
That part isn’t changing.
What is changing — beautifully, organically — is the scope of what we’re exploring together.
I’m thrilled to share that my retreat model is expanding beyond Montana and into the wider world. This evolution has been unfolding for a while, and now it’s becoming real: international retreats designed to stretch our horizons, deepen our curiosity, and weave yoga into the experience of travel itself.

Why International Retreats?
The heart of this expansion is simple: Travel changes us. Yoga helps us integrate that change.
When we step into a new landscape — a rainforest, a coastline, a centuries‑old village — something inside us wakes up. We see differently. We listen differently. We learn differently. And when yoga is the thread that ties each day together, the experience becomes not just a trip, but a transformation.
These retreats are designed to help us:
- Grow personally by stepping outside our familiar rhythms
- Create new friendships through shared adventure and shared practice
- Become more globally aware by experiencing culture, nature, and community in new places
- Learn new things about ourselves — the kind of insights that only arrive when we’re far from home and fully present
This is yoga as a bridge: connecting us to ourselves, to each other, and to the world.
A New Chapter — Rooted in the Same Values
Even as the retreat model expands, the core remains unchanged:
- Yoga as the grounding thread
- Community as the heart
- Curiosity as the guide
- Growth as the intention
Whether we’re soaking in the healing waters of Boulder Hot Springs or standing on a cliffside in Scotland, the purpose is the same: to create experiences that help us feel more alive, more connected, and more ourselves.
This is the next evolution — spacious, global, and deeply rooted.
