Expanding Horizons: Introducing My New Retreat Model

For years, my retreats at Boulder Hot Springs have been a space where people come to reconnect with themselves, breathe deeply, move intentionally, and feel held by community. These retreats have always been about grounding: returning to what matters, remembering who we are, and finding clarity in the quiet as well as improving our yoga practice.

That part isn’t changing.

What is changing — beautifully, organically — is the scope of what we’re exploring together.

I’m thrilled to share that my retreat model is expanding beyond Montana and into the wider world. This evolution has been unfolding for a while, and now it’s becoming real: international retreats designed to stretch our horizons, deepen our curiosity, and weave yoga into the experience of travel itself.

Why International Retreats?

The heart of this expansion is simple: Travel changes us. Yoga helps us integrate that change.

When we step into a new landscape — a rainforest, a coastline, a centuries‑old village — something inside us wakes up. We see differently. We listen differently. We learn differently. And when yoga is the thread that ties each day together, the experience becomes not just a trip, but a transformation.

These retreats are designed to help us:

    • Grow personally by stepping outside our familiar rhythms
    • Create new friendships through shared adventure and shared practice
    • Become more globally aware by experiencing culture, nature, and community in new places
    • Learn new things about ourselves — the kind of insights that only arrive when we’re far from home and fully present

This is yoga as a bridge: connecting us to ourselves, to each other, and to the world.

    What’s Coming Up

Costa Rica — March 2027 (Full)

This retreat filled quickly, and for good reason. Costa Rica offers the perfect blend of nature, nourishment, and adventure. Daily yoga will anchor us as we explore waterfalls, rainforest trails, local food, and the spaciousness that comes from being immersed in beauty. Even though this retreat is full, it marks the beginning of this new chapter.

Boulder Hot Springs — Fall 2027 (Details Coming Soon)

Our grounding retreat returns. This will always be a cornerstone of my work — a place to settle, restore, and reconnect. More information will be shared soon, but expect the same warmth, depth, and community you’ve come to love.

    Scotland — Summer 2028

A brand‑new offering, and one I’m incredibly excited about. Think rolling green hills, ancient stone, coastal air, and a sense of history that holds you as you walk through it. Yoga will be our daily anchor as we explore the Highlands, local culture, and the quiet magic of Scotland’s landscapes. We will also create time and space to explore Edinburgh and Stirling. This retreat will be about presence, curiosity, and the kind of inner expansion that happens when you’re surrounded by beauty that feels both wild and timeless.

A New Chapter — Rooted in the Same Values

Even as the retreat model expands, the core remains unchanged:

      • Yoga as the grounding thread
      • Community as the heart
      • Curiosity as the guide
      • Growth as the intention

Whether we’re soaking in the healing waters of Boulder Hot Springs or standing on a cliffside in Scotland, the purpose is the same: to create experiences that help us feel more alive, more connected, and more ourselves.

This is the next evolution — spacious, global, and deeply rooted.
